A website or WhatsApp request is not a confirmed appointment. The clinic will contact you to confirm availability, consultation type and the final appointment time. The time window selected in the form is a preference only.

In-clinic and online consultations

Online consultations are available by prior appointment. The clinic will confirm whether an online consultation is suitable and provide any relevant practical details. Medicine dispatch, when appropriate, may involve separate courier or dispatch charges.

Fees and changes

Current fees are ₹300 for a first consultation and ₹150 for a follow-up consultation. If you need to reschedule or cancel a request, please contact the clinic as soon as you can so availability can be discussed.

Important information

For a child consultation, a parent or legal guardian should attend. Please do not use a routine appointment request or WhatsApp message for emergencies, severe symptoms or urgent medical problems; seek emergency or appropriate medical care instead.
