A website or WhatsApp request is not a confirmed appointment. The clinic will contact you to confirm availability, consultation type and the final appointment time. The time window selected in the form is a preference only.

Video consultations for patients in India

Video consultation requests are available only for patients currently located in India and are considered by prior appointment. The doctor will determine whether video consultation is clinically appropriate and may recommend an in-person assessment, conventional medical assessment or referral where appropriate.

The clinic does not offer clinical video consultation, prescription or medicine dispatch to a patient located outside India through this website.

Medicine dispatch and courier

A website request does not order medicine. If a prescription is clinically appropriate, it is issued by the doctor. With your permission, it may be shared with a duly licensed pharmacy of your choice. Medicine availability, dispatch eligibility and courier charges are confirmed separately before dispatch. Delivery is not guaranteed; it depends on the prescription, availability, pharmacy serviceability, applicable law and courier acceptance.

Changes and important information

If you need to reschedule or cancel a request, please contact the clinic as soon as you can so availability can be discussed. For a child consultation, a parent or legal guardian should attend. Please do not use a routine appointment request or WhatsApp message for emergencies, severe symptoms or urgent medical problems; seek emergency or appropriate medical care instead.
